Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update any changes to your information
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities

Token values are highly volatile and may result in significant losses
Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
Past performance does not guarantee future results
6. Fees and Payments
Service fees are disclosed in our documentation
Blockchain network fees (gas) are separate from our fees
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We may modify fees with reasonable notice
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Raze.bot
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
You retain ownership of content you create using our Services

Content or practices of third-party services
Any losses resulting from third-party service failures

11. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES DUE TO BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK ISSUES OR MARKET CONDITIONS
12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raze.bot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms
We may discontinue Services with reasonable notice
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
14. Modifications We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through our website or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law
Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes
16. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raze.bot operates.
17. Severability If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
