SDK & API License Agreement

Last Updated: November 30, 2025 This SDK & API License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Developer”, “you”, or “your”) and Raze.bot (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Raze.bot Application Programming Interface (“API”) and Software Development Kit (“SDK”). By accessing or using the API or SDK, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Definitions

  • “API” means the Raze.bot application programming interfaces, including all associated documentation, code samples, and tools.
  • “SDK” means any software development kit provided by Raze.bot.
  • “API Key” means the unique identifier assigned to you for authentication purposes.
  • “Application” means any software application developed by you that integrates with our API or SDK.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
  • Access and use the API and SDK solely for developing Applications
  • Use documentation and code samples provided with the API and SDK
  • Integrate the API into your Applications for commercial or non-commercial purposes

3. API Keys and Authentication

  • You must obtain valid API credentials to access our services
  • API Keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed publicly
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API Key
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your credentials

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree NOT to:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the API or SDK
  • Use the API to build a competing service
  • Exceed rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions
  • Use the API for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Redistribute or resell API access without authorization
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use automated means to scrape or collect data beyond API functionality
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services

5. Fees and Payment

  • Public API (Router V2): Subject to usage-based fees as specified in our pricing documentation
  • Premium API: Requires an active subscription plan
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

6. Rate Limits and Quotas

  • API access is subject to rate limits as documented
  • Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent restrictions
  • Higher rate limits may be available through premium plans

7. Data and Privacy

  • You must comply with all applicable data protection laws
  • You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your users
  • You must not collect or store data beyond what is necessary

8. Intellectual Property

  • We retain all rights, title, and interest in the API and SDK
  • This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding
  • You retain ownership of your Applications, excluding our components

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE API AND SDK ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raze.bot from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the API or SDK, or your violation of this Agreement.

12. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of this Agreement
  • Upon termination, you must cease all use of the API and SDK
  • Sections 8-11 survive termination

13. Modifications

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the API after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raze.bot operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
