EVM quote (JSON body)

The same quote as GET /evm/quote, with the parameters as a JSON object, read as JSON whatever the Content-Type and at most 256 KiB. Numeric fields accept a number or a decimal string (amount as a JSON number only up to 2^64 − 1: send larger amounts as strings); dexes / excludeDexes accept a comma-separated string or an array; booleans must be JSON booleans. Unknown fields are ignored. A body that is not a JSON object is 400 bad_request with the parser’s message, which names a position, never your input.
